St. Helena Views Homeowners Association

The St. HELENA VIEWS ESTATE HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION is constituted, as a Body Corporate, in terms of Section 29 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance, No 15 of 1985, in accordance with the conditions imposed by the Municipality of St. HELENA BAY.

St. Helena Views consists of phases 1, 2 and 3 on the land comprising portions of Erven No.'s 35, 37, 38 and 40 in the Municipality of St. HELENA BAY, Division of MALMESBURY.

The main business of the Association is the promotion, advancement and protection of the interests of the members and the promotion, advancement and protection of the communal and group interests of the Members and to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Environmental Authorization Management Plan including the Master Landscape Plan and the Building Design Manual.

Every registered owner of the Unit Erven will ipso facto be a Member of the Association.
